Expect some of your team members to believe uncomfortable with the
change, even your salon management with find that out. This is
so common when people have done something the same way for years
and then they are asked to change it.
It creates an internal
conflict but that is a noraml response.
Its a bit like when you
have a disagreement with somebody who has a different opinion to
